What to do if my package is damaged and want to get the refund for it?

Note: The customer has to send us a snapshot or a picture of the damaged package or medication (Front and back side of the damaged package) and once we receive the photo, our customer support team will raise tickets for the scenario and will continue with the initiation of refund or reshipment formalities.


The reshipment or refund policy does not cover, if

  • The customer provides an incorrect address to us.
  • The medicine package has returned due to the failure of multiple delivery attempts by us.
